1. The contest will be organized by students of ACCMAN Institute of Management, Greater Noida
2. The contest will be open to students of other colleges/ institutes between the age 18 to 24 years as on 01 Oct 2011 (that is born on/ after 01 Oct 1993 and up to 01 Oct 1999)
3. The winner students shall be required to submit photocopy/ email scanned copy of Class X Certificate as proof of date of birth.
4. The student winners will be issued with one ticket each.
5. The ticket/s shall be non-transferable.
6. The names of student winners will be uploaded on www.accman.in (the website of ACCMAN Institute of Management) on 18 Oct 2011.
7. Each ticket shall entitle the recipient winner to witness the F-1 Race for one day.
8. The Institute transport shall take winners to the F-1 venue and bring them back to the campus.
9. The winners shall be taken for sight-seeing to Delhi free of cost, the next day.
10. Free lodging for 1 night +2 days (non-extendable) shall be provided to the winners on twin-sharing basis, and they will be provided complimentary refreshments and meals.
11. The winners will be provided free transport upto the nearest Railway /Metro Station for their return journey.
12. The winners shall abide by the rules and regulations of the F-1 Race Venue, hostel, and places of sight-seeing in Delhi .
13. The Institute shall in no way be responsible for any untoward incidence directly or indirectly connected with the contestants/ winners of the tickets.
14. No TA/DA shall be admissible to any contestant/ winner.
