If there is pending demand, the renewal request may be turned down.<\/li>\n        <li>Reference books and periodicals are for in-library reading only and will not be issued to students.<\/li>\n        <li>The library can refuse to issue books to those with overdue items.<\/li>\n        <li>Users must leave personal belongings (bags, helmets, personal books) at the property counter before entering, at the owner's risk.<\/li>\n        <li>Mobile phones must be switched off or set to silent. Violation attracts a fine of \u20b9100\/-.<\/li>\n        <li>All books, magazines, journals and newspapers must be returned to their respective places after reading.<\/li>\n        <li>Identity cards must be produced on demand; failing this, library services may be denied.<\/li>\n        <li>Users must not deface, mark, cut, mutilate, or damage any library material.
