Admission Criteria for ACCMAN Institute

  1. Application Form
    Application forms are available both online through the ACCMAN admissions portal/WEBSITE and offline at the admissions office.  An application processing fee of ₹1000/- is applicable and can be paid via credit card, debit card, cash or net banking.  Candidates must ensure that all information furnished in the application form is accurate and complete to proceed to the next stage.
  2. Screening of Applications
    All submitted applications are reviewed by the ACCMAN Admissions Committee appointed for the academic year.  Shortlisting is based on multiple parameters, including:
    • Consistency of academic record
    • Diversity or versatility in academic performance
    • Relevant work experience (if applicable)
    • Valid score in a recognized entrance examination
  3. Entrance Test (ET)

Applicants must have appeared for at least one of the management entrance tests as per AICTE norms from CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ ATMA/ MAT/ GMAT. Candidates who are not providing satisfactory results in the above tests as per institution’s expectations may require to appear for the ACCMAN Aptitude Test (AAT). AAT is an Aptitude test designed to assess and measure the managerial acumen, analytical ability and decision-making skills of candidate. 

  1. Group Discussion (GD)

Candidates who qualify through the entrance test, are invited to participate in a Group Discussion, held either on-campus or online. The discussion topic shall be provided by the ACCMAN. The GD panel will consist of at least two evaluators, assessing communication, clarity of thought, teamwork and analytical perspective.

  1. Personal Interview (PI)

After qualifying GD round, candidate will appear for a Personal Interview, conducted either offline at the campus or online.  The PI panel will consist of a minimum of two interviewers, assessing motivation, suitability for the PGDM program and personal and professional aspirations.

The final merit list will be prepared based on academic record, test score, GD/PI performance and overall profile evaluation.

Eligibility Requirements

As per AICTE norms for PGDM programs:

    1. The candidate is expected to have a strong and consistent academic background. Performance in 10th grade, 12th grade and every year of graduation are considered in the selection process.
    2. A candidate may be considered eligible for the PGDM course if he/she has cleared the bachelor degree examination from any recognized Indian university with a minimum of 50% marks (for General Category) and a minimum of 45% marks (only for Reserved Category SC/ST) having Indian nationality or as per latest AICTE Guidelines.
    3. The latest AICTE guidelines will be followed for inviting applications to the course. Students appearing or waiting for final year examinations can apply for the program on the condition of submitting their final mark-sheet by the 30th of October of the year of admission.
    4. A candidate can apply to the PGDM course if he/she has cleared or appeared for the following competitive exam as per AICTE requirement CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ ATMA/ MAT/ GMAT

  1. Merit Category : 90% seats filled purely on merit.
  2. Economically & Socially Challenged Students (ESCS) : 5% seats reserved.
  3. Corporate Sponsored/NRI/NRI Sponsored : 5% seats reserved
  4. Supernumerary Category : Reserved for Foreign Nationals, SAARC Nationals, Gulf Quota, and Children of Indian workers in Gulf countries. Proof of category status required.

Selection Process

Candidates who apply online for the admission will be shortlisted on the basis of

  • CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT/MAT score (as per the eligibility)
  • Past Academic Record

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the selection process which consists of Extempore & Personal Interview (PI).

The candidates would be required to upload their entrance test percentiles (CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT/MAT) the moment results are out.

Interview Mode

Education Loan

We have tied up with public sector and private sector banks such as Bank of Maharashtra, ICICI, etc. They are providing education loans on priority basis subject to fulfilment of their terms and documentation requirement.

ACCMAN is a reputed name in Education Industry and all banks are extending loans to our admitted candidates. We will also help in soothing the loan requirements.

IMPORTANT REGULATIONS – ACCMAN Institute of Management

    1. Misrepresentation in Application: If any student is found to have submitted false or misleading information, or concealed relevant facts during the admission process, their admission shall be cancelled. No refund of fees will be made in such cases.

    2. Non-Refundable Application Fee: The application fee, that is Rs 1000, paid at the time of applying is non-refundable under any circumstances.

    3. Communication Responsibility: The Institute is not liable for any delays or issues arising during postal or electronic communication between the applicant and the Institute.

  • Minimum Eligibility Requirement: Candidates who fail to achieve a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in their graduation after admission will be required to withdraw from the program. In such cases, no fees except the general security deposit will be refunded.

  1. Conduct and Discipline: Students must abide by all rules and regulations issued by the Institute from time to time. Violation of these rules may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion.

  2. Residential Requirement: All PGDM programs at ACCMAN are fully residential. Students can reside in the campus hostel for the entire duration of two years.

  3. Institute’s Right to Modify: ACCMAN reserves the right to revise course structure, rules, schedules, fees, and any other institutional matters as necessary. The decision of the Management will be final and binding in all such cases.

  4. Jurisdiction Clause: All legal matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in District Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh (India).

 

Note

The Institute reserves the right to revise its course structure, fee schedule, or any other provisions from time to time in accordance with AICTE regulations and institutional policy. The Chairperson’s decision will be final and binding in all matters related to admission.

The candidates would be required to upload their entrance test percentiles (CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT/MAT) the moment results are out.

Applicants should be aware that fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria does not guarantee either shortlisting for interview or final offer of admission by ACCMAN. The decisions of the ACCMAN Admissions Committee are final, and no further communication on this issue will be entertained.

Education Loan

We have tied up with public sector and private sector banks such as Bank of Maharashtra, ICICI, etc. They are providing education loans on priority basis subject to fulfilment of their terms and documentation requirement.

ACCMAN is a reputed name in Education Industry and all banks are extending loans to our admitted candidates. We will also help in soothing the loan requirements.

IMPORTANT REGULATIONS – ACCMAN Institute of Management

  1. Misrepresentation in Application : If any student is found to have submitted false or misleading information, or concealed relevant facts during the admission process, their admission shall be cancelled. No refund of fees will be made in such cases.
  2. Non-Refundable Application Fee : The application fee, that is Rs 1000, paid at the time of applying is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  3. Communication Responsibility : The Institute is not liable for any delays or issues arising during postal or electronic communication between the applicant and the Institute.
  4. Jurisdiction Clause : All legal matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in District Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh (India).
  5. Minimum Eligibility Requirement : Candidates who fail to achieve a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in their graduation after admission will be required to withdraw from the program. In such cases, no fees except the general security deposit will be refunded.
  6. Conduct and Discipline : Students must abide by all rules and regulations issued by the Institute from time to time. Violation of these rules may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion.
  7. Residential Requirement : All PGDM programs at ACCMAN are fully residential. Students can reside in the campus hostel for the entire duration of two years.
  8. Institute’s Right to Modify : ACCMAN reserves the right to revise course structure, rules, schedules, fees, and any other institutional matters as necessary. The decision of the Management will be final and binding in all such cases.
