As a general policy, ACCMAN Institute of Management does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. Information collected is used solely for the purpose for which it is submitted.

Usage Information Collected and Use of Information

In addition to personal information voluntarily submitted, ACCMAN may collect non-personally identifiable information related to website usage and system operations. The following categories summarize the types of information that may be collected:

System Information, IP Addresses and Referrers

When you access our website, our web servers may record the numerical Internet Protocol (IP) address of the device being used, browser type, operating system, date and time of access and the referring website or search engine that directed you to our site.

Such information is used for system administration, website management, technical troubleshooting, performance enhancement and preparation of aggregated statistical reports. Unless required by law or legal process, IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. User sessions may be tracked for analytical purposes while maintaining anonymity.

ACCMAN generally does not disclose individual IP-based usage data to third parties. However, limited disclosure may occur when necessary to comply with legal obligations, support authorized consultants assisting with website maintenance, or enhance cybersecurity and network protection. Search terms entered by users may be monitored in aggregate form but are not associated with individual identities.
