The Students Transformation Programme (STP) at ACCMAN Institute of Management is a comprehensive developmental initiative designed to transform students into confident, industry-ready professionals. Authentic Information Disclosure

  • Students must provide accurate and verified information in resumes, applications, and supporting documents.
  • Misrepresentation or falsification may result in immediate disqualification.

Withdrawal Policy

  • Withdrawal from a recruitment process after confirmation is discouraged unless approved by the Placement Department.
  • Unauthorized withdrawal may invite disciplinary action under placement regulations.

Internship & PPO Reporting

  • All Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) received through internships must be reported promptly to the Placement Department.
  • PPO acceptance shall be governed by institutional placement norms.

Final Decision Authority

  • The decisions of the recruiter and the Placement Department in all placement matters shall be final and binding.
  • No appeal or exception shall override the authority of the Placement Department.
