The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a comprehensive, two-year, full-time Programme , structured around six trimesters, each focused on different aspects of business and leadership.
This PGDM Programme is designed to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to become effective leaders in the global landscape. The Programme ensures a comprehensive and balanced approach to business education aligning with the institute’s vision and mission, offering in-depth coverage of key areas of specialization. Students have access to a wide selection of electives across various management functions, allowing them to customize their learning based on their individual interests and career aspirations.
At ACCMAN, The Programme architecture is designed in consultation with Business Leaders and after benchmarking with some of the best known MBA Programs globally. Our focus is on transformative learning experience by incorporating cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) into the curriculum. This innovative approach prepares students to excel in the dynamic and technology-driven business environment.
The integration of AI and ML into the PGDM Programme enhances traditional management education by equipping students with the tools to analyse large datasets, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions. Over the two-year programme, students engage in over 100+ hours of contact teaching, supplemented by extra and co-curricular activities, including special guest lectures. The programme emphasizes not only technical proficiency but also ethical considerations preparing students to lead responsibly in a tech-savvy world. With a unique blend of management principles and technological innovation, the PGDM Programme ensures graduates are future-ready professionals equipped to drive transformation in their organizations.
The PGDM Programme offers a well-rounded approach to management education, allowing participants to build strong foundational knowledge through core papers while also specializing in their areas of interest. Students will select one functional specialization from the following areas: Marketing, Finance, HR, or Operations/Decision Science. In addition, they will choose a second specialization from business verticals such as BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), IT-ITES (Information Technology-Information Technology Enabled Services), Analytics, or Digital Transformation. Each functional specialization consists of various electives providing a deep dive into the chosen area, while the business vertical specialization designed to thoroughly prepare students for that specific vertical.
The Programme also emphasizes experiential learning, offering courses that enable students to learn through practical application. These courses are designed to help students develop critical skills such as leadership, creativity, and self-promotion, ensuring that they are not only equipped with technical expertise but also the soft skills needed to thrive in today’s business world.
