ACCMAN Institute of Management reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient enrollments, faculty unavailability, or other operational reasons. In such cases, students will have the option to either: Receive a full refund of the course fee. Opt for an alternative batch or course offered by the institute.
Before Course Commencement:
Cancellation requests made 7 days or more before the course start date will be eligible for a 90% refund (10% deduction for administrative charges).
Cancellation requests made within 7 days of the course start date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total course fee.
After Course Commencement:
No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced.
Students who discontinue after the course starts will not be eligible for a refund or fee adjustment for future courses.
Refund requests must be made in writing via email to [Institute Email ID] with the following details:
Name of the Student
Course Name
Date of Enrollment
Reason for Cancellation
Payment Proof
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days through the original mode of payment.
Registration Fees & Admission Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Any charges deducted by banks, payment gateways, or third-party services will not be refunded.
If a student is unable to continue due to medical emergencies or unforeseen personal circumstances, a partial refund or course rescheduling may be considered upon submission of valid documents.
The institute’s decision on refund eligibility in such cases will be final.
