Complementing this strong SCM and procurement foundation, students also explore travel economics, destination tourism, hospitality operations, revenue management, event and experience design, and medical tourism. The curriculum highlights how strategic sourcing and supply chain excellence directly shape service delivery , guest satisfaction and global connectivity.Through field projects, industry immersions and live collaborations with manufacturing firms, logistics companies, airlines, hotels, e-commerce platforms and tourism boards, students gain hands-on exposure to procurement cycles, supplier negotiations, warehouse networks, transport systems and integrated service operations.
